Presented in its patented packaging in liquid gel form, WUP ISO+ does not require mixing with water. Thanks to its easy-open packaging, it can be consumed quickly and conveniently during activity. Depending on training intensity, 1 serving (45 g) can be consumed every 25–30 minutes. Suitable for all levels of sports and physical activity. The recommended intake may be adjusted according to the type of exercise, weather conditions, duration and/or intensity of the activity, preferably in consultation with a coach or sports nutrition professional.
